How long do we keep Personal Data?

Personal data will be saved for the specified purposes mentioned above for as long as each contact continues to be a business contact. Our contacts can opt-out at any time, if they no longer wish to receive communications from us. Our contacts can also ask us to change or completely delete their personal data any time.

Logs and Cookies

Endowave is collecting and processing information regarding the browsing by visitors on the Site via its logging systems. In addition, Endowave uses two types of cookies on the Site.

Strictly necessary cookies – Some of the cookies on the Site are essential in order to enable you to move around the Site and use its features. This includes accessing secure download links to our Microsoft cloud drive.

Performance cookies – Some of the cookies on the Site collect information about how visitors use the Site, for instance which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from webpages.

IP addresses

When you visit the Site, Endowave’s server will record your IP address together with the date, time and duration of your visit. An IP address is an assigned number, which allows your computer to communicate over the Internet. It enables Endowave to identify which organisations have visited the Site. Endowave uses this information to compile statistical data on the use of the Site to track how users navigate through the Site in order to enable Endowave to evaluate and improve the Site and understand the interest areas of visitors and the types of visitors who use our Site.
